Apple Factory Suicides

Mystery still surrounds the causes for the high suicide rate at one of the largest electronics factories in China. So far in 2010 10 lives have been lost, among the 300,000 workforce, and the only solution to date has been the erection of netting between buildings to catch any potential jumpers..

Apple are understandably very shocked and worried about the situation and are paying close attention to developments. It has not been possible to narrow down any possible causes so far, but the management are working hard to try to resolve the problem before any more lives are lost.

One suggestion has been to send 60,000 workers back to their homes as they all live and work within the factory complex.
